Single/Double - $239.00
--plus 10.25% sales tax

Room Block Dates:
AAEI has blocked rooms over the peak nights of Saturday through Tuesday – June 1- 6at a low conference rate. When the AAEI block has been filled for an individual night, AAEI may not be able to add more rooms to the block. The hotel also has the right to charge higher rates. Therefore, make your reservations early if you want the lower conference rate.

The hotel has agreed to honor the conference rate for a limited number of rooms on Friday, June 1 and Tuesday, June 6. Once that number is reached, AAEI will not be able to negotiate for additional rooms at the conference rate.

Cut-off Date Extended:
The cut-off date for the low conference rate is Friday, May 11, 2012.

Early Departure Fee:
Please advise the hotel prior to check-in or no later than at the time of check-in of any early departure in your planned length of stay.  If a guest checks out prior to the reserved dates, the hotel will add an early checkout fee of one night guest room rate plus all applicable fees.
